• Andrew Saywell - Personal - Councillor Saywell declared a personal, non-pecuniary interest in this item by virtue of being appointed by the Authority as a non-executive director on the Board of Red One Ltd. In accordance with the terms of the dispensation granted by the Authority at its Annual Meeting on 8 June 2018 (Minute DSFRA/5(a) refers), Councillor Saywell spoke at the meeting but took no part in voting on any issue and left the room during any such vote
• David Thomas - Personal - Councillor Thomas declared a personal, non-pecuniary interest in this item by virtue of being appointed by the Authority as a non-executive director on the Board of Red One Ltd.
