To appoint a Chair for the meeting.

RECOMMENDATION that, in accordance with Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the press and public (with the exception of the appellant and/or their representatives) be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in the following Paragraph(s) of  Part 1 of Schedule 12A (as amended) to the Act:

·         Paragraph 1 (information relating to an individual);

·         Paragraph 2 (information likely to reveal the identity of an individual); and

·         Paragraph 3 (information relating to the financial and business affairs of any particular person – including the authority holding that information).
