RECOMMENDATIONS

(i).     that the recommendations in relation to:

·         the Capital Strategy;

·         the 2024-25 Revenue Budget and Council Tax levels;

·         the Capital Programme 2024-25 to 2026-27; and

·         the Treasury Management Strategy (including Prudential and Treasury Indicators) 2024-25 to 2026-27

be considered in conjunction with items 9 and 10 (a) to (c) inclusive and respectively below; and

(ii).   that, subject to (i) above, the Minutes be adopted in accordance with Standing Orders.
